No. Every estimate is free, on site, and given in writing with no obligation. You will never receive an invoice for a quote.
For active leaks during a storm, call rather than emailing. We prioritise urgent water-ingress calls and can often attend the same day, depending on crew availability.
Your address, roughly how many storeys the home is, whether it is a gutter or roof issue, and what you are seeing — overflow, sagging, a leak, or debris. Photos help but are not required.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Weekend work is scheduled case by case during busy season — ask when you call and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
